My name is Shelley. Since I was a child, I have been passionate about family research, and the history that goes along with it. My father’s side of the family is 100 percent German (and proud of it). His parents immigrated from the Bessarabia part of Russia (modern Moldova) in the early part of this century.

My Mom was adopted as a baby by my grandparents who were Norwegian immigrants. My Mom’s biological roots are Scandinavian, French, Irish, and Native American.

I hope this can be a place where family photos and stories can be shared.
